Prior to joining Texas A&M, Weijermars combined his academic position at Delft University of Technology with the consultant firm of Alboran Energy Strategy Consultants. He continues to work with industry, which often results in cross-fertilization with teaching and research work. Consultancy opens up student internships and job opportunities and keeps our research focused on practical problems.
